Shipping

Orders placed before 12pm MT Monday–Friday dispatch the same business day. Free standard shipping applies to orders over $250; sales tax and any applicable rates are calculated at checkout. Tracking is emailed as soon as the package leaves our facility.

Packaging

All shipments use plain outer packaging with no product branding visible. Vials ship in protective foam inserts.

Storage

Sealed vials: store at −20°C, protected from light. Refer to the Certificate of Analysis for the lot’s expiration date.
After reconstitution: refrigerate at 2–8°C and do not freeze. Refer to the Certificate of Analysis for lot-specific use-by guidance.
Avoid repeated temperature cycling and direct sunlight.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the nature of research materials and the need to maintain product integrity and chain of custody, we do not accept returns of research products once shipped.

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, customers should contact support within 48 hours of delivery with their order number and photos of the product and packaging. LYFE Wellness will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

Products that have been opened, reconstituted, used, improperly stored, or otherwise altered are not eligible for return or refund.
